Permission is granted to temporarily access and review the technical specifications, schematic product catalogs, and data sheets on TCW Groups' website for procurement evaluation, engineering verification, and request-for-quote (RFQ) purposes. Under this license, you may not:
- Modify or copy our proprietary smart machinery and robotic component documentation
- Use our verified product media for fraudulent competitive marketing or secondary trading representation
- Attempt to reverse engineer or harvest database tables contained on the website
- Remove any factory copyright or original manufacturer proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another third-party entity or "mirror" our factory catalog assets on any other server
3. Disclaimer & Production Standard
The equipment data and engineering materials on TCW Groups' website are provided for procurement evaluation. While we enforce strict quality inspection, TCW Groups hereby disclaims all technical misinterpretations and historical typographical errors, warranting that binding performance indicators are strictly determined via individual official USD Proforma Invoices (PI) and manufacturing contracts.
4. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall TCW Groups, TCW Technology Co., Ltd., or our designated original part component sub-factories be liable for any logistical delays, site interruption, or custom clearance delivery damages arising out of the use or inability to navigate our digital industrial storefront.
5. Accuracy of Technical Specifications
The engineering parameters, configuration options, and industrial images appearing on TCW Groups' website could include photographic errors or generational upgrades. TCW Groups does not warrant that all live digital materials on the website are perfectly synchronous with our absolute real-time assembly line adjustments. We reserve the right to alter machinery configurations at any time without prior notice to optimize equipment efficiency.

8. Governing Jurisdiction
These trade terms and standard operating conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable corporate industrial trade laws, and all contractual transactional disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the corporate operational courts corresponding to TCW Technology Co., Ltd.'s registration.
